Avraham Nechemia

Creator and facilitator of the Journey to Inner Truth workshop · Author of the research “Human Conflicts, Trust, and Conscious Rationality” (2026)

Professional background

  • B.A. in Economics and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem — both with honors.
  • More than thirty years of professional experience in business management, with a focus on handling complex conflicts and financial distress — in real estate, corporate finance, and asset management.
  • Author of the doctoral dissertation “Human Conflicts, Trust, and Conscious Rationality” (2026).

The research distills the insights of those years into an integrative framework for understanding how trust, conflict, and states of consciousness are connected in human systems — from the individual to the community.

The research foundation

The research starts from a sequence: lack of trust → conflict → perceived risk (ρ) → a shift into a survival state of consciousness. In that state, decisions are aimed first at “how not to get hurt,” and even when they're rational, they lead to an outcome that is stable but second-best. In a secure state, a decision can be aimed at what's truly best.

The research proposes a transitional mechanism — the Trust Generator — that holds trust temporarily and lowers perceived exposure until direct trust is built and the intermediary is no longer needed. In the workshop, this mechanism is translated to the level of the individual: step by step, participants learn to become their own self-trust generator (self_TG).

“People aren't lacking truth; they struggle to tell it apart from the voices that have piled on top of it.” — from the workshop introduction

The workshop links the model to the symbol of moving from the Tree of Knowledge to the Tree of Life: from a divided mind — where truth gets mixed up with fear, and authentic wants with the need for recognition — to a connected mind that can clarify, choose, and act. The door between the two trees in the logo is that space: the moment between threat and reaction, where choice becomes possible.

Transparency: the research is a theoretical and methodological framework. It doesn't report field results or statistical data, so you won't find any “success rate” claims on this site either. The questionnaires used in the workshop (entry/exit) are meant to serve as a personal mirror for each participant.

Good to know: Journey to Inner Truth is a process of learning and personal growth — not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for mental-health or medical treatment. The workshop doesn't promise any specific outcome, and no one is pressured to share. Full disclaimers If you're in acute distress, please reach out to a qualified professional.
